1. Agreement
By creating an account or buying on Thespeedlogs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login and wallet secure. You must provide accurate details and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Wallet & payments
- Your wallet balance is used to pay for orders. Funds are added once a payment is confirmed.
- Prices are shown at checkout and deducted from your wallet at the time of purchase.
- You are responsible for funding from a payment method you are authorised to use.
4. Digital products
Products are digital keys, codes and vouchers issued by third parties. We deliver valid keys from stock; redemption is subject to the issuing platform's own terms. Keys are for your use and may not be resold or redistributed unless expressly permitted.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund policy. In short, revealed keys are final except where a key is confirmed faulty and unredeemed.
6. Acceptable use
- No fraudulent payments, chargebacks on delivered goods, or use of stolen payment details.
- No attempts to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform or its API.
- We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse and withhold affected balances pending review.
7. API access
If you use the API, you're responsible for keeping your secret key safe. Activity performed with your key — including wallet spending — is your responsibility.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
